Martial arts inherently involve danger so in order to be permitted to practice members must show respect to their teammates. Martial arts also involve a high level of contact between students so some ways you can be a better partner are by showing up with:
• A clean body
• Clean clothes
• Clean teeth
• Nails trimmed and filed
• Antiperspirant/deodorant
• Clothes that fit and adequately cover and support the body
