Youth Jiu-Jitsu:

· Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (Bjj) is arguably on of the most practical martial arts available today

· Bjj emphasizes escaping or dominating confrontation using body control

· One does not have to have exceptional athletic ability in order to be able to apply Bjj effectively ( although it helps)

· Bjj teaches to move one’s body with strength through all planes of motion improving fitness and kinesthetic (athletic) intelligence

   Our Jiu-jitsu classes are for kids 4-6 and 7-14 depending on physical and social development)
